New York Mental Health Counselors Association (NYMHCA) president, Dr. Jacqueline Baer, wrote to New York State Education Department Deputy Commissioner Sarah Benson with a request for justification for the NYSED’s decision to submit the regulations for supervised experience to the New York State Board of Regents without changes.
