NYMHCA Receives Response from NYSED on Lack of Changes to Regulations

New York Mental Health Counselors Association (NYMHCA) received a response from NYS Education Department Deputy Commissioner Sarah Benson after requesting justification for submitting regulations to the NYS Board of Regents without changes. The NYS Education Department received many comments for the regulations adopted on July 12, 2022. The Department determined that no changes were necessary or appropriate.
