NYMHCA Requests Justification for NYSED Decision to Present Regulations Without Changes

New York Mental Health Counselors Association (NYMHCA) president, Dr. Jacqueline Baer, wrote to New York State Education Department Deputy Commissioner Sarah Benson with a request for justification for the NYSED's decision to submit the regulations for supervised experience to the New York State Board of Regents without changes.
