NYMHCA Submits Comments on Diagnostic Privilege Emergency Regulations

New York Mental Health Counselors Association (NYMHCA) President Dr. Jacqueline Baer submitted comments to the New York State Education Department Office of the Professions, during the 60-day public comment period, in relation to the emergency regulations adopted on July 12, 2022.
