Preparing for the NYS LMHC licensing exam does not need to be stressful. NYMHCA offers NCMHCE exam preparation workshops to assist NY LMHC license applicants study for and pass the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Exam.

The workshop is designed to assist you to approach the exam with confidence by understanding the structure and content of the exam.

Required Material

All exam preparation workshop participants must have the following items when attending the workshop:

  1. Physical or digital copy of the DSM V
  2. NBCC Practice Scenarios Workbook (Available from NBCC for purchase) - https://academy.cce-global.org/StudyGuide

Registration Fees

Non-Members: $350

NYMHCA Members: $275
