New York Mental Health Counselors Association (NYMHCA) president, Dr. Jacqueline Baer, submitted a letter from her and her practice, Jacqueline Baer Mental Health Counseling Services, in response to the emergency regulations adopted on July 12, 2022. Dr. Baer referenced the challenged that will be faced by licensed mental health counselors in private practice.
