NYMHCA Opposes Bill That Would Eliminate Competency Evaluation for Master Social Workers

The New York Mental Health Counselors Association has submitted a memorandum of opposition to the New York State Assembly and Senate opposing Assembly bill A5291/Senate bill S5975, which would eliminate the exam requirement for those seeking to become licensed master social workers (LMSWs).
