Individual Memberships
| Student | $65–80 | For graduate and doctoral level students who are not yet license-eligible |
| New Professional | $90–115 | For recent graduates and professionals who are not yet licensed |
| Professional | $140–165 | For licensed counselors and counselor educators |
| Retired | $70–95 | For counselors who have retired and want to stay involved (must not be working in the mental health field) |
| Associate | $55 | For non-clinical professionals who support the mission of NYMHCA and the promotion of mental health counseling |
Organizational Memberships

| Business Affiliate Membership | $300 | For businesses that support advocacy for the mental health counseling profession and want to stay informed about NYMHCA activities. Includes one designated representative with NYMHCA and chapter membership; additional staff may join at a discounted rate. Non-voting membership. |
| Clinical Organization Membership | $300 | For organizations that support LMHC staff and advocacy efforts while staying informed on NYMHCA initiatives. Includes one designated representative with NYMHCA and chapter membership; additional staff may join at a discounted rate. Non-voting membership. |
| Graduate Program Partnership | Program: Free Faculty: $100 Student: $50 | Supports professional identity and engagement for graduate students, faculty, and staff. Provides access to NYMHCA benefits and services with discounted membership rates for participating programs. |
