NYMHCA is proud to announce the launch of our 2026 advocacy agenda as the New York State Legislature convenes for its new session. This year we are focusing on three priority areas: licensure portability, parity enforcement, and expanding access to mental health services in underserved communities.\n\nOur advocacy team will be in Albany throughout the session meeting with legislators and their staff. Members are encouraged to join us for Advocacy Day in February.
