In this 3 hour workshop, Dr. Debbie Joffe Ellis, the wife of the brilliant creator of the REBT approach: Dr. Albert Ellis, who worked with him in all aspects of his work, will be presenting: the basics of REBT - the cognitive approach that heralded in the cognitive revolution in psychotherapy; REBT's tools and techniques; the unique qualities of the approach; pivotal aspects of REBT therapy sessions; provide a live demonstration with a volunteer. This course is suitable for those who know little about the approach and for those who are familiar with it.
